“I am loving Ashwagandha! I felt the difference in the way I feel the very morning after I started taking these capsules - it's definitely on my shopping list from now on. Ashwagandha was recommended to me for anxiety and depression, and I was sceptical. This is only my own experience, but the difference is astounding. I really feel the difference while I'm taking these capsules, but more so when I forget. I've never felt so balanced.”

“Arrived promptly, in a brown bag, I would have preferred a bottle with some nutritional information and dosage instructions. Early days but hoping for the best.”
