“It took a little getting used to not eating, especially as i enjoy food. However after the first day i never really felt hungry which was a bonus and i lost 8 and my wife lost 6 pounds. So well worth it.”

“On my last day now, feel so much fitter and really alert. My skin is also so much clearer and fresh looking. I did eat reasonably normally during the cleanse but was mindful of what I was eating (minus a brownie) so my weight is much the same. I also exercised normally (cycling and running). All in all really enjoyed it and the results. Wouldn't really rate the taste and did dilute the juices a bit in water but was manageable!”
