“really impressed with flavour and quality of juices and surprisingly satisfying. I confess I went off the 3 day cleanse time table but still loved the juices and have saved some in the freezer. Highly recommended.”

“It's my second day and i feel fantastic.. you get used to the taste of the juices, but i couldn't drink number 3 as i am not a fan of broccoli.. overall it is easier than i thought and i don't feel hungry.. i lost over a kg on the first day so let's see what the scale is showing after day 3..”

“Juices are a very aquired taste but they are the right size and they fill you up until you are due to have the next one. The going without food for 3 days is by far the hardest part but I found the more you enjoy the drink, the less likely you are to find yourself as hungry. I did the 3 day cleanse and I'd more than likely do the 7 day because I found it really made a difference.”
