“Have only had two shakes up to now so unsure of benefits just yet, much cheaper than other brands but great quality. The texture took a bit of getting used to (some tiny bits from the berries etc) but I added a banana to my second smoothie so was a lot thicker! Contains everything I eat anyway so saves money, as well as containing my favourite supplement Maca Root! Highly recommend!”
