“Juices are tiny. No where near enough to keep you going physically. I have done many juicing fasts for years and they are usually double the size or more. The constant emails filling my inbox constantly claiming with great enthusiasm how brilliant their company was and how well you will benefit - blah blah annoying blah. Brilliant PR but that's about all I can say.”
