“Dissolve quick under the tongue with not too much chalky residue and taste quite nice as well, but it's too early yet to say how effective they are.”

“Good quality product, dissolves in around 30 seconds under the tongue. I've been using for almost a week, I'm not able to have my B12 injection due to the Covid_19 situation, i can't say it's helping my fatigue yet but I haven't got mouth ulcers which I would usually have had by now if I missed my B12 injection. So that's a positive that something is working for me”
