I use for everyday wear so can't comment specifically for exercise although think it would hold up fine, I do jog after my 5yo and don't notice it. Well made. Considering on getting another. I will note that I bought this at 8 months in to breastfeeding and I may have found the sizing tight if I'd ordered much earlier but timing wise my supply had settled and the fit is very comfortable and I'd say sizing is true.”
