This in an xl is perfect. I’d say probably a medium support - I won’t go jogging in it but my breasts are supported not on my knees and it doesn’t feel too tight/suffocating. Really comfortable for sleeping in. The pink leopard print is discrete and a nice touch. I really love this bra. I’ve bought 2 more !!”
