“Handy-sized tube to fit in scrubs pocket or handbag. Nice, thick, creamy texture that rubs into the skin and is absorbed quickly with no sticky residue. Helps to calm and hydrate irritated very dry skin. Although unperfumed does have a slight scent but not unpleasant. I've only used it for a couple of days and already my skin feels less sore and some of the hacks in my fingers are healing. Great stuff for a scrub nurse's hands!”

“I find it’s got all the moisture and comfort for my dry/ eczema prone hands without being oily for ages afterwards like other products. Unfragranced obviously doesn’t smell as nice, a little stuffy maybe, but was a good choice for me because it’s more kind. I wouldn’t change it. Also loving the bottle shape…!”

“Lovely handcream - I’ve seen a difference very quickly. With a newborn, my hands have taken a battering with all the hand washing, they were cracking and sore. Nursem was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so pleased with the product, improvements within days. Love the ethos of the brand and the fact they give back to nurses and midwives - I was so thankful to both with my recent baby, amazing midwives who looked after me, and awesome NICU nurses who looked after our baby for 10 days before he could go home. “I received Nursem from a friend initially and soon bought more. I suffer from quite extreme dermatitis on my hands. They split and peel frequently. I am undergoing treatment from my local dermatology unit. Nursem sinks in quickly but leaves a subtle protective coating, so I can wait before applying more. I love the smell of the scented cream, and it doesn’t cause me any problems, although I mainly stick to the unscented just in case. I have another good cream but that doesn't leave the backs of my hands smooth and soft like Nursem does. I highly recommend it!”
