“I was really disappointed with the unfragranced hand cream product which did not easily absorb into my skin, and left my skin drier than it was before. I returned the purchases I made for a refund and have reverted back to Body Shop’s Hemp Hand cream, which works perfectly for me. Whilst I appreciate you offer a refund for dissatisfied customers like me, I had to bear the brunt of the return postage. A really disappointing customer experience too. I’ve attached photos of my hands immediately after having rubbed the cream into them.”
