“This is the only cream I've found that helps with cracked fingertips (and I've tried a lot). It's not a miracle, you do need to be vigilant about applying it several times a day, but that's fair enough.”

“A lightweight but effective hand cream, great for dry hands. My husband has mild psoriasis on his hands and this provides effective relief. We have a tube in almost every room of the house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Cannot recommend this product enough, in fact all of the nursem products are amazing, as a nurse who washes their hands 20+ times a day i would be lost without it, my hands are so soft! I have sensitive skin and my hands were cracked and dry from the constant washing, ive used this cream for 3 years and I wouldn't be without it, I reccomend it daily!”

“I've been using the hand cream for several weeks now. I use it every night at bedtime and whenever I need it. I have very sensitive skin to fragrances and skincare usually. I was looking for a hand cream that moisturises, helps my skin barrier and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Nursem has been brilliant. My hands are the softest and least irritated they've ever been in my adult life. I can tell it has helped to strengthen the skin barrier on my hands. Initially I was unsure on the smell of the unfragranced hand cream (I assume it's the manuka honey smell) but it's grown on me and I love it now. The 75ml goes a long way as you literally only need a very small pea amount on each hand. Definitely a Nursem convert now and I hope to try they're other products in the future.”
