“I’ve had very sore dry chapped hands for some time , I now use Nursem hand wash and hand cream regularly, however at night time I slagger this caring skin fix into my hands before bed. My hands are now healing and not as itchy or sore .”

“My hands got really dry and peeling following a contact dermatitis flareup, so thought I would try the Caring Skin Fix, it works really well and doesn;t leave my hands all sticky or slippery, as I put it on as I am going to bed but I like to read my kindle, I usually have to put cotton gloves on with most night time hand creams but this one is lovely.”

“Love the product, solves all my contact dermatitis problems. I’ve used the entire range, unfragranced and fragranced and the hand wash is at many of our sinks…however…the cost is becoming a deterrent, and in times like these it’s important to cut what costs you can. So after this last batch I’ll be swapping out to a different brand. Great product though!”

“As a midwife with very sore hands these products are amazing, the healing cream sorted my bleeding hands out in a few days and the hand cream smells divine. The hand sanitiser is effective but gentle. Also huge thanks to the supply we received at work”
