“I received Nursem from a friend initially and soon bought more. I suffer from quite extreme dermatitis on my hands. They split and peel frequently. I am undergoing treatment from my local dermatology unit. 'Caring Skin Fix' is excellent for keeping my fingers protected and soothed. It sinks in quickly but leaves a subtle protective coating, so I can wait before applying more. I have another good cream but that doesn't leave the backs of my hands smooth and soft like Nursem does. I highly recommend it!”

“Treated myself to skin fix as I wanted something thick for a bad eczema flare and this did not disappoint. Recently had chapped dry hands that were splitting from the cold and using dish soap without gloves so used skin fix and honestly overnight they were about 70% healed. Miracle cream!”

“Brilliant product. Living on the NE coast and being outdoors a lot in winter, many products have been used to little or no avail. This is amazing. Rich and protective, i would highly recommend and certainly buy again. The additional benefit to nurses/midwives is wonderful!”
