“This has worked better than anything else we have tried for my 16 year old daughter's eczema - and we have tried very many things over the years! One application on her arm and it was 90% better. She also has chronic irritation around her lips which is really horrible for a teenage girl and it is keeping that under control too. Thank you!!”

It's designed to tackle areas of extremely dry, cracked, and sore skin, providing deep nourishment. The formula is slightly heavier than our Hand Cream and is fragrance-free, making it ideal for overnight use when it can fully absorb into the skin for maximum effectiveness. On the other hand, our Caring Hand Cream is intended for regular use throughout the day. It helps protect and hydrate hands, preventing dryness and discomfort as you go about your daily routine. For the best results, we would recommend using both products together—applying the Caring Hand Cream during the day for ongoing protection and hydration, and using the Skin Fix at night for intensive repair.
