“OK, I'll admit it I'm a sucker for expensive creams that promise the earth. Creme de Mer, Dior - you name it I've tried it in my nearly eighty years on this earth. However, I can honestly say that Nursem Caring Skin Fix is THE BEST! (Just wish I'd known about in my 40 year teaching career when my hands and cuticles were a fright.) I use the cream on lips, hands, feet - in fact anywhere that feels a parched and lacking moisture. Definately a five star product - just wish I could purchase larger jars.”

“The ultimate hand cream! Nothing else has worked for me. Some creams cause more irritation, others just don’t even begin to rehydrate. This stuff is so soothing and nourishing. And as a bonus if you massage into your cuticles it makes your nails stronger and longer - I have decent nails for the first time in my life!”

“This is my ‘go to’ skin cream. It’s soothing, calming and moisturising - an absolute dream for dry, irritated skin. If you have sore, dry and itchy eczema patches, the relief is immediate and will already start to see and feel its healing effects. I never want to be without this.”

“I suffer from very dry, very sore and sensitive hands in the Winter months and have tried many hand creams and lotions which provide little relief and often leave residue etc. Using Nursem Caring Skin Fix has been a revelation. Only a small amount is required to provide rapid relief from soreness and when used regularly, especially overnight, redness and dryness diusappears and hands are visibly (and actually) softer and healthier. A wonderful product that I recommend without hesitation. *****5 Stars”

“I use this as a moisturiser on my face, I have some dry patches and suffer with breakouts so was a bit dubious about it causing my breakouts to be worse. I needn’t have worried my skin is so much better the dry patches are gone, I hardly have any blemishes and I also think it’s even helped the fine lines round my eyes. I used to pay a fortune for other branded face creams but not anymore this perfect and very reasonably priced”
