“I used it years ago, and then with other nursem products, thought I didn't need it. However, after a month or so away from hone, helping my mum at end of life, without the hand cream, and too much washing up, dermatitis started again, so on returning hone, a pot of the skin fix was needed. Hand cream may have done the job, but it was rather slow, so skin fix did what it says, it fixed the problem in a few days! The itchiness disappeared in a day or so, the rash took a little while longer. Superb product!”
