“Absolutely brilliant cream for when your hands need more than the regular Nursem. Following the last really cold spell and time away from work (I never think to use hand cream when I’m off work) my hands were rough and sore. The Caring Skin Fix was rich yet gentle and easily absorbed and was incredibly soothing. After the first use my hands felt much better. Used three times during the first day and woke up on the second day with my hands feeling so much better. Will definitely buy again and in a larger size. Probably a good idea to use hand cream when I’m not at work too!”

“Amazing product. I use the normal hand cream daily but at time if I have been somewhere and used soap that makes my hands sore or I have washed them excessively I will use this as an extra intense moisturizer. I have put some on relatives whilst visiting to help their very dry skin and occasionally use on my elbows. If there was a bigger pot I might might this next time I order.”
