“I suffer from cracks in the skin around my thumbnails in the winter. They are so painful and make life very difficult. Using this hand cream keeps them mostly at bay. If one does start to develop an evening spent massaging the cream in at frequent intervals can heal it overnight. My winter hands have been transformed since I found Nursem”

“At first I wasn't sure but with repeated applications I do think it's an effective product. I get dry, raw, sore patches from washing my hands even with rinsing well so hope this will keep my hands in good shape this winter.”
