“Good size product, reasonable priced. Started working instantly. My hands felt much smoother. My hands get very dry in the winter and the skin also starts to crack in places, this cream has helped massively. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.”

“I have incredibly dry skin on my hands that split very often. Nursem has softened them really well and you can feel the barrier for a long while after. Having said that the cream is non greasy and is very pleasant to use. I really love the delicate smell. Will definitely be ordering again. Well done on perfecting such a brilliant product.”

“Ordered the hand cream after seeing it on The Customer is Always Right, so very glad I did. As soon as the weather starts getting cold I suffer with dry cracked skin on my hands and it's been an absolute godsend. It's not greasy and just absorbs into the skin and has really lovely delicate smell to it. It did take a while for the delivery to arrive but well worth waiting for, I will certainly be ordering more.”

“I suffer with severe eczema especially on my hands. I am always looking for good hand creams which don’t leave my hands too greasy. This is by far the best one I’ve tried in years and it’s actually making a difference to my skin!”
