“I really wanted to like this product. I first saw it on dragons den and thought it would be so good. I work on food service counters and wash my hands 35+ times at work. They become incredibly dry and cracked. Unfortunately after using this product several times a day, every day for a week there has been no improvement and they are still flakey and dry. I am so disappointed. The best hand creams I have found so far for extremely dry, hard working hands are the body shop hemp hand cream and o’keefes.”

Hi Jessica, thanks for your review. We are really sorry to hear that Nursem didn't work for you as expected. Whilst many of our customers advocate for Nursem helping their hands, we understand it may not work for everyone. We can see that you used our Caring Hand Cream which is great to prevent ongoing dryness but we would recommend trying our Caring Skin Fix as it is our more intensive formula and may be better suited to the issues you are facing.
