“I bought this hand cream after seeing it on Dragons Den - so glad I saw the episode!! My primary school aged son has been struggling with very sore / dry hands due to the frequent washing at school. Nightly usage of Nursem has dramatically improved his hands! They’ve not been so soft in ages! Would highly recommend. Lovely fragrance too and absorbs really well. Thank you!”

“I tried the small tube 1st to check that the claims made on the cream, and having loved it, bought the large pump dispenser which my arthritic hands prefer. I'm only 61 mind you!”

“I have incredibly dry skin (feels like paper) plus eczema on my hands and have never been able to find a handcream that makes a visible & lasting difference until now. The cracks on my knuckles healed within 2 days & the dryness is starting to ease too after about 10 days of use. I only use a little bit 2-3 times per day but it has made my hands feel so much more comfortable- thank you!!!”

“I'm not an essential worker but I do suffer with extremely dry hands. Although the cost of the product is a little prohibitive, you only need a small amount so it lasts for ages. The smell is delightful - slightly lemony and is soaks right in leaving your hands feeling relieved and soathed. Highly recommend.”
