“. My husbands hands were split and cracked after constantly hand washing and using alcohol gel and working outside repairing a fence. He rarely wears gloves and had been digging,mixing concrete, sorting rubble he is not one for using hand cream.. The skin was bleeding between the fingers and his hand were a mass of fissures and cracks. We had been gifted some nursem at work ( nhs ward) so I knew how effective it was. Only regret is that I didn’t take a before and after”

“If your one of those people who eat your fingers at any given moment or dont wear washing up gloves to do those quick dishes, this all builds up to rough and broken skin on your hands. After watching a repeat episode of Dragan's Den where Nursem was featured, I thought why not lets give it ago. From reading the reviews online where the public swears by this magical cream, I was still sceptical. From the moment I ordered online to Nursem communication, I already felt like a special customer. The bottle arrived and even though its a short bottle, its very heavy and worth the investment for 300ml. The nozzle is small to only squirt out the right amount of a small blob so your not having to use to much on your hands. Magic! even after 1 day, one blob lasts for hours and has done wonders to my hands! It truly is magical, dont know what all the ingredients are but who cares, it works! Smell reminds me of cough medicine but that fads after a couple of minutes so not fussed. If I wanted a perfume hand cream, I would have got a commercial. Well done Nursem, as a sceptical person, you truly released a magical cream and will surely buy another one in the future! Dont change the ingredients or water down the cream like some brands just to sell more. Its highly unethical and frankly annoying. Keep it up Nursem your releasing a fabulous product! :-)”
