I have tried nearly every expensive cream to try to help my sandpaper hands. None have worked. I get terrible cuts as my skin is so dry. Nursem is unbelievable. It dries in quickly and your hands feel instantly moisturised. I've been using it 3 weeks and I've had no cuts since. I got the scented kind...my mum isn't a fan of the smell but I quite like it.

I have tried many, many crappy hand creams but this one really is excellent. Smells good. Not sticky. And really hydrates the skin. In these covid times - it’s essential.

I can honestly say that the Nursem care and protect cream is by far the best cream I have ever used for my very dry hands and I have spent so much money over the years trying so many different products. Now I won't be buying any other cream than Nursem. The fact that they provide their cream free, for Midwives and Nurses is an added bonus.
