“I'm really loving the Nursem handcream & skinfix that I recently purchased. While working clinically I wash my hands in excess of 50 times a day and it has taken its toll. This cream feels like relief on my dry cuticles (which tend to break down) and knuckles and the smell is really lovely.”

“After 40 plus years of nursing I've tried every handcream. This year has seen my hands become red, burning and sore. Two days of handcream in the day and night treatment and they were healed. I've recommended it to all my colleagues, I cannot believe the difference its made”

“Wow, amazing!!! My son’s hands were in a real mess after so much washing and use of sanitising gel at school. They were so dry and sore he was crying and the skin on his hands was beginning to look dirty. (they weren’t as I had a go at washing them myself to check) I did hesitate on my order due to the price but decided it was worth a try. After just 2 days of using the hand cream and 2 nights of the skin fix there was a major improvement. After just one week of using the creams his hands are no longer dry and are back to being soft he way a little boys hands should be. Definitely worth every penny!”
