“I like this too but weirdly I thought it would be more richly moisturising than it is. I don't find it much more moisturising than the hand cream. However it is fabulous for dry and sensitive skin.”

“Amazing cream, that has let me stop using steroid cream after 6 years of the strongest prescription the drs would provide. When i’d tried stopping before, my hands would always get so bad that I have to go back on it, and it only got worse during lockdown with all the extra hand washing. Have entirely stopped steroids for the past month (going cold turkey to these creams), and am using the Caring Skin Fix every evening and the hand cream once a day and my hands have absolutely transformed!”
