“I've never kept a cream for myself, always been for gifts (for the pre surgical assessment team, ward nurses after my complete TKR and my office colleagues as I retired) My colleagues loved the cream handy size for their desk and handbag. 1 loved the cream and ethos so much have purchased from you with the intention of giving to ward nurses after her operation later this year. I've bought another gift set to give again to the nurses after my next TKR but intend this time to keep one for myself to try.”

“I bought multiples of these as gifts. I absolutely love the hand cream and liked the idea of the cracker presentation, however, I wanted them to be a surprise and realised that you had printed 'Nursem' on the outside so I had to put them in a gift bag which defeated the objective. I appreciate that you want to promote your brand but, you could have kept it to the inside and prevented extra packaging going to landfill.”
