“It was sent late for various reasons meaning we had to borrow gear for the planned trip. Further to this we were told that although the online system showed it as being in stock it was actually ordered in equating to a further delay. Regrettably this ain't the first time we've had this experience with NS so based on this we can't rely on them to dispatch on time.”
