“One of the rubbers was defective and wouldn’t seat into the bar, I thought it was something I had done wrong but when I complained they said that sometimes happens and posted out a replacement without any issues, the caps on the ends of the bars aren’t lockable anymore which was stopping the square anchor in the bar from sliding out, you now only need to break one lock to get the whole bike carrier off the roof bars”
