To confirm, the listing specifically states that the rear headrests must be removeable for this dog guard to fit - the note is in a red box on the listing, and then is repeated in the full description. Therefore, we do make this very clear for the buyer to check their vehicle prior to purchase - and if the headrests cannot be removed, we offer an adaptor kit that is available to purchase separately.
Therefore we do believe that this negative review is very harsh, considering our listing is very clear with the requirements for the item.
Within our email on the 6th May we provided a link to the adaptor kit, or we offered a return and refund if this is preferred.
