“Excellent product but oh! dear the fitting instructions leave a lot to be desired. As for the instruction video it is really poor. It is no excuse that the item comes from Italy - It is being sold in the UK so the instructions should be in clear and unambiguous English. I would think that many of the potential customers for this product will be females with pets and clear simple installation insructions would be helpful.May I sugges a clear step by step pictorial instruction diagram.similarly with any vidio. It is not difficult but there are many adjustments which need to be made to fit it properly. otherwise a very neat accessory.”
