“Low rating given as fitting instructions were inadequate and key components not fit for purpose. No reference made to how to connect cross bar fittings to gutter clamps. Managed to work it out with guesswork. All components were steel EXCEPT insertable plastic blocks crucial for attaching cross bars to gutter clamps. One of these cracked while fitting, with no spares, so solution had to be DIY contrived.
These critical fittings are not fit for purpose; should be steel and more robust.”
