“It was not clear enough online, hence my surprise when it's comes as a kit. Others I have purchased with in the past 5 yrs have been clip on and go. Took a good hour and a half between all the bits of paper.
The over hang from the brackets is all of 5cm which perhaps is regulation but more length would be better when trying to tie on a Topper dinghy.
That said a good build quality”
