Hi John. We can see that you have ordered the Square bar and not the aerodynamic 'wing' bars. Due the square profile of these bars, they will produce some noise when travelling at speed whilst there is no load on the vehicle. As soon as you mount a roof box or bike carrier Etc. then this sound will dissipate. Kind regards.
