“For years I've used Thule roof-bars, under the impression that they were the best. However I recently changed my car for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. It was going to cost over £100 to get a new Thule foot pack and £110 for a complete FARAD kit! Nervously I placed an order at about 3pm.
The pack arrived next day at 11am perfectly packed, WoW number 1! The kit was easy to assemble, and I love the way that once you fit it to the car first time all subsequent fittings are really fast and easy with no spanners or allen keys required. The tools used to mount the bars are actually the locking system! Unlike the Thule foot packs there are no metal components to damage the paintwork that's a big plus. I carried my first load over the weekend, some timber! There's always noise with a rack, but this was minimal and definitely no whistling and quite acceptable.. I did fit the 3 x baffles supplied to the front bar.
Altogether I'd highly recommend these bars.. the incredible ease of fitting and their ability to take T bar accessories means I'll probably use them much more often. Great product and great company to buy them from.”
