“Whilst the Boot Mat for my Range Rover Evoque was of good quality it came in a package folded in three and after two weeks it still doesn't lie flat.”

Sorry to hear this. The manufacturer has now changed the packaging, so that the mat is rolled in a different box. The one you have will flatten, and usually it takes just a few days. It is worse in cold weather, we recommend placing items on the mat in the car, or placing the mat in the house for a few days where it is warmer.
