“Although the rubber boot may for my Audi Q3 arrived promptly it was folded in three in a slim cardboard box. Once unfolded and put in the boot we have been unable to flatten it because the folding has caused it to sit-up along the fold lines. We have put heavy boxes along the fold lines but this has not made any difference. It therefore does not fit properly as it is not flat.”
Hi. Really sorry to hear of your disappointment with our product. We would recommend for this to be left flat in a warm environment to allow the creases to flatten. Alternatively, please get in touch to arrange a replacement.
