“Awful quality control, box had no damage but the main frame was scratched and bent, wouldn't even sit flat on the floor.one of the brackets was crushed on on end and one of the plastic trims had fallen off but not in the box?as it needed urgently for a trip I had to fettle and bend parts as best I could to get it to fit, also had to drill out a couple of holes to get bolts in due to the bends,it fits the van ok now. Had it not been needed I would have sent it back and am not buying that brand again.”
Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with this product. We have sold a lot of these carriers for this model without incident.
Unfortunately, the bar that fits against the door is designed to be curved to allow compression of the sealant that is used to attach it to the van, this straightens out once the clamps are attached.

“Not a bad product but the quality could be better. The fixing of mounts and components' attention to detail needs to be improved. I bought this model due to the higher weight load specification; not so sure it would take it. The wheel locator guides are low quality & only have hex screws so tools are needed to adjust position whereas thumb-knurled type screws would be more convenient. Overall - though more expensive, a Thule brand would be a better buy.”
