“Came part assembled but the instructions were clear enough. A bit of adjustment was needed to get the right position on my particular vehicle but easy enough to do. Very good build quality with substantial aluminium tubing. Confident that it can safely carry a couple of e-bikes, with no movement or vibration in transit. Sits quite high on my particular car, so be aware it'll need two people to lift bikes into position but that's down to the design of the car, not the carrier”
“Yet to use the bike rack on the road, but I can say that the only additional tool required was a sharp knife, all other tools were supplied. It took only 10 minutes to assemble. Fitting to the car was a bit fiddly the first time, but found it easier if you remove the top two straps from the rack, and fit them to the car first, then reattach them to the bike rack. Everything else was straightforward.”
