Please accept my sincerest apologies that there has been a delay in the delivery of your order. This is unfortunately due to the Royal Mail strikes causing a significant backlog.
I see from our Royal Mail tracking that it was delivered today on the 12th of September. I fully agree that this is an unacceptable delivery time for a 2nd class parcel. Hopefully this wont deter you from ordering from us again, as this was extenuating circumstances outwith our control.
I hope you like your Aberdeen case, now that it has arrived.
