“I got the headphones Sony WH-CH710N only around 1 month and a half from NorthxSouth and it's already broken into pieces and I have to glue it again and again at several places. I cannot imagine it's only less than 2 months old. The quality of the headphones is even worse than the really cheap headset I've been using for more than a year. I'm sorry but I have to say it's really terrible. I don't think I would recommend anyone this product. NorthxSouth only said to contact Sony and as I expected, the problem is still unsolved in the end. Generally, it's a very unpleasant experience.”
