“Missing one clip to release and open attachments. Haven't reported it yet. Had the older model for years and this is equally as good, but I don't like the newer attachment for floors. Not as efficient. I feel extra sockettes should be included as 2 are not adequate. Otherwise a great steam cleaner and 5 bar pressure is a must.”
