“The coffee machine of my dreams. Produces excellent cups EVERY time, and is very easy to use and clean. While the machine seems complicated, its software guides you through everything and makes the experience incredibly easy. I made a mistake during cleaning and broke the drip tray on my second day after dropping it on the floor, but Jura was very quick to get a replacement sent out. What an absolutely amazing product and company.”
