“What a class piece of kit, always had a normal gas bbq and when it was time to replace I looked at flat top grills, Blackstone was the option I chose and I’m glad I did, follow the correct procedure to season the grill and it’s a game changer for cooking, hot zones, cool zones, space for everything at the same time, a good seasoning makes it non stick, build quality is really good and everything solid, grill plate thick and heavy, fold down wings for easier storage. Wheels on each corner with locking casters makes moving the grill about easy as it weighs 65kg.”
