“The Catamount seems a well-made shoe.
However, it didn't work for me - gave me sore shins and knees after 2 short runs. The shoe feels well cushioned when walking but not enough for running on hard-packed trail (for me as a 80kg runner). I think the upper could be more comfortable.
For context, I wear brooks adrenaline for road running and innov8 mudclaws for fell running.”
