“Great to have these for everyday wear in the winter now they are waterproof. Bought Olympus 5 after a foot injury affected walking in any shoes and stopped me running. Podiatry couldn't do anything so did some research and turned to altra for the wide toe box and cushioning. Doing Park runs as a Nordic Walker now and feel with these waterproof Olympus 5 may eventually try running again. Have been wearing Lone Peak all weather which have been brilliant but not the amount of cushioning as Olympus 5. Hoping the one type stronger material of the body of the shoe will last longer than the Lone Peak too, which splits on the toe off area after a while.”
