“Nice shoe. Sturdy sole which should last (I destroy the heels of most shoes) plenty of support. Not as fast as my stacked road shoes, or something like speedgoats, but frankly I'm looking for something long lasting. 1st run - 18miles - and feet felt fresh afterwards. Need to go up a size on your normal shoe.”
