“I was very reluctant to make this purchase at first due to the price of the shoe and the concerns I had over ordering the correct size. After a few email exchanges with Charlie from Northern Runner I decided to purchase them. Charlie’s advice was spot on, we determined the correct size from a previous shoe and the length & width are just perfect for my feet. Very happy with the soft leather upper on the shoe and the Customer Service/Knowledge from Charlie was excellent too. Shoes arrived within the time frame using Royal Mail, keeping the local posties in work. No hesitations to go through the same process again.
