“The shoulder straps are padded but too wide, and when all the straps are done, it sits uncomfortably on the base of the neck. Not really designed for a woman.
The size is perfect, and I went from the 12L to 15L as I use it for cycling mostly and need packing space. I wouldn't recommend this for running - for women.”
