“Bought on a friend's recommendation. Assembly & use is straightforward and they work well. Much lighter than standard poles, but great for summer hill walking. Having 4 sections means they pack so much smaller than standard poles. Great for stowing in a climbing sack at the start of a route.
Inevitably they aren't so robust, but great so far.”
“Only used once so far but performed perfectly well. Never used poles b4 so no comparison and I only used them on steep uphill or downhill parts of the route where they were excellent. However I ended up just carrying them for the rest of the route as with gloves on the mechanism to put them down is impossible to use amd it was too cold to be taking gloves on and off.”
