“I am not a runner but I am a walker that goes over a multitude of terrains so I wanted something that I could use in the summer apart from hiking boots or hiking sandals.
I reviewed lots of trainers and like the sound of these so I ordered them and fabulous fit straight away and when I went out walking I certainly felt that there was grip on the sole more than a normal trainer. They are not like my hiking boots obviously as they grip anywhere but as a trainer goes I felt that they were a sturdier version and in the warm weather I just wanted something to give me more stability but also lightweight and these trainers fit the bill.
